Meet your doctor.
A native Texan born in Dallas and raised in southeastern New Mexico, Dr. Maupin graduated from Lubbock Christian University in 2001 and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from UMKC in 2005. He established his first practice in Roswell, New Mexico — Maupin & Brown Dentistry — which grew into one of the largest dental practices in the state.
His focus is surgical dentistry: dental implants, root canals, and extractions. He completed advanced training through the Misch International Implant Institute and has placed over 4,500 dental implants. He's committed to state-of-the-art dental care that's both accessible and affordable.
In 2022 the Maupin family relocated to Waco to be closer to his wife's family. Outside the office they're members of Harris Creek Church, and most free time is spent supporting their boys in sports.
